About BPT

Blairstown Physical Therapy Center (BPT) is a division of Lehigh Valley Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Center, Inc. Lehigh Valley Physical Therapy (LVPT) was founded in 1984 in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The practice was purchased by its current owners, Dan and Judy Evans, in 1992. In addition to the Blairstown office, LVPT has offices located throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. While the practice continues to grow, LVPT & BPT remain well known for a friendly atmosphere and personal touch.

LVPT has developed into a leading provider of rehabilitation services in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We are certified by Medicare as a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility (CORF). The philosophy of LVPT and BPT is to provide a comprehensive approach to pain management and rehabilitation. Our therapists design treatment programs to benefit and heal the whole person.

We chose the butterfly as our logo because it symbolizes a “new beginning.” At LVPT and BPT, we believe that we provide our patients with a “new beginning” as we work together towards recovery.
