About LVPT Lehigh Valley Physical Therapy (LVPT) was founded in 1984 in Allentown, Pennsylvania. The practice was purchased by its current owners, Dan and Judy Evans, in 1992. Today, LVPT has offices located throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. While the practice continues to grow, LVPT is still well known for its friendly atmosphere and personal touch. LVPT has developed into a leading provider of rehabilitation services in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. We are a Comprehensive Outpatient Rehabilitation Facility (CORF) certified by Medicare. The philosophy of LVPT is a comprehensive approach to pain management and rehabilitation that includes physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, and behavioral health. We chose the butterfly as our logo because it symbolizes a "new beginning." At LVPT, we believe that we provide our patients with a "new beginning" as we work together towards recovery.
